Kindle App does not work on iPhone 14 Pro Max. I spent over two hours on phone speaking with three Amazon kindle technology experts on 7-14-23 but it still doesnt work. We update kindle app to the latest software, updated iPhone ios to the latest software IOS 16.5.1 (c), restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled kindle app, changed password, did all this several times, and kindle app still freezes.
Although Amazon kindle tech people tried hard and were polite, their broken english made it exceedingly painful to get through these processes. The over two hours spent with them could have been accomplished in 15 minutes if the language barrier didnt exist and they knew what they were doing. I finally gave up.
